James W. Isham has served as a snow sports litigation expert, expert witness and consultant dealing with various aspects of snow sports since 1979. Mr. Isham has worked for both plaintiff and defendant throughout his career as an expert witness in issues of ski accident and injury, ski lift accident, and other ski safety issues.

Mr. Isham has been involved with the snow sports industry since his first employment as a ski retail shop tech and ski instructor in 1959. Working at all levels of operation from employee to top management positions, James Isham has worked and traveled throughout the ski industry from small ski areas to America's largest resorts.

Extensively published in ski industry magazines, journals and news media, and as a lecturer, James Isham has long been recognized as a foremost authority on many aspects of the ski and snow sports industry.

Currently, in addition to his expert witness and consulting services, Mr. Isham is a manufacturer's representative to numerous snow sports companies including Volant and Dynamic skis, Sportleg Endurance Enhancer Schuessler hats, Rocky Mountain Suncreen, CHISCO, Hotfingers and Heritage Cross.
